“Taking Back Your Fitness!”




When my husband first approached me about doing the Tough Mudder, I thought he was kidding. I had just had triplets and I was completely out of shape. We watched all the videos we could find on the Mudder obstacles and my immediate response was, “I can’t do that!” We decided to take the leap of faith anyway.  I had never been able to do the monkey bars and that was the obstacle I dreaded most but I did it! I know one thing; I’ll never say the can’t word again because we’ve completed the Tough Mudder two years in a row! I feel like there isn’t anything I can’t do. I want to encourage you to set some goals. Start small and once the first goal is accomplished, shoot a little higher with the next. What’s that one thing you’ve always wanted to do that you’ve never really thought you were capable of?
